Processing line consisting of; Seawater intake by open intake, Reagent injections (sodium hypochlorite), Seawater intake, filtering station and pumping station, Pressure filtration – 1st stage, Pressure filtration – 2nd stage, filter washing, Brine storage used for filter backwashing, Reagent injections (acid sulfuric, ferric chloride, sodium hydroxide, precipitation inhibitors and sodium bisulfite), Cartridge filters, High pressure pumping system for feeding reverse osmosis membranes, Energy recovery (isobaric chambers), Reverse osmosis, Equipment for chemical cleaning and post-service rinsing of reverse osmosis membranes, Remineralization of desalinated water by filtration in calcite chambers and CO2 injection, Chemical reagent dosing stations in the post-treatment (sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite), Treated water tanks, Pump station treated water to mixing tank, Tr Effluent treatment (Neutralization and discharge of chemical washes (CIP) of RO and calcite filter washing water, Treatment of first stage filtration sludge, including laminar decantation, thickening and dehydration), Discharge of brine and other effluents from the plant, Auxiliary services, Electrical installation, Control system.)
